We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Please note that certain items, including sleep masks and other personal-use pieces, are final sale and not eligible for exchange due to quality and safety standards.

Once your item is received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
