Exchange policy

Effective Date: February 2026

At Revelist, we produce intentionally and in small batches to maintain quality, exclusivity, and thoughtful production.

For this reason, we do not accept returns for refunds.
We offer exchanges only under the terms outlined below.

We accept exchanges within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

Be unworn and unused
Be unwashed
Be free of fragrance, deodorant, or makeup marks
Include all original tags and packaging
Be in the exact condition in which they were received

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

  • Silk eye masks

  • Stickers

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at: team@therevelist.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to exchange

  • The size or item requested

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Revelist is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Policy Updates: Revelist reserves the right to update or modify this Exchange Policy at any time.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

    • Product Information & Availability: We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However: We do not guarantee all information is error-free, We reserve the right to correct errors or update information at any time without notice, We may limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion. All purchases are subject to product availability.

    • Pricing & Payments: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to: Modify pricing at any time, Offer promotional or Founding Access pricing at our discretion, Refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

    • Exchanges: Exchanges are governed by our Exchange Policy, available on our Site. By making a purchase, you agree to those terms. Currently no Returns are offered.

    • Third-Party Services: We may use third-party providers (including Shopify, payment processors, and email platforms) to operate our business. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of third-party services.

    • Disclaimer of Warranties: The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revelist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including: Merchantability, Fitness for a particular purpose, Non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

    • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revelist shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, Damages arising from use or inability to use the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

    • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revelist and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
